1. Who I am

Adam Kánský, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, Prague, Company ID (IČO) 29948495, trading as Forma. Contact: info@formaweb.cz.

2. What I deliver

Websites according to the agreed package (Basic, Standard, Complete) and, optionally, ongoing website care. The scope of each package is described in the pricing on the home page and we confirm it by email before we start.

A one-time setup of your Google Business Profile, with its own payment and refund rules in section 7.

3. How an order is made

We agree by email on what you need. I then send a confirmation email stating what I deliver, for how much and by when. Your reply “I agree” is a binding order. No signatures or paperwork needed. Keep that email, it is the record for both of us.

4. Price and payment

• 50% deposit after the order is confirmed, due within 3 days.
• 50% final payment after you review and approve the finished site, due within 3 days.
• I launch the site on your domain after the final payment.
• Prices are final. The domain and hosting for the first period are included.
• You pay by the method stated on the invoice (bank transfer or card payment link).

5. Timing

The finished site is ready within three business days after I receive the deposit and your materials (photos and what you want on the site). If you send materials later, the deadline moves accordingly.

6. Refunds

If I don’t deliver the website, I refund the deposit in full within three business days. Once I have your materials and the work has started, the deposit is non-refundable if you withdraw.

7. Google Business Profile

You pay only after the work is done. I measure your search position and profile statistics before and 4 weeks after the work (8 weeks for the Maps + search option). If there is no visible improvement, I refund the full price within 3 business days and return the profile to its original state. Nobody can promise first place and I don’t. The profile stays yours and you can remove me as a manager at any time.

8. Ownership

The domain is registered in your name and belongs to you. After the final payment the website is yours. If you leave, I hand over the domain and help you move the site. I may mention the site as a reference unless you say no.

9. Website care

Optional subscription ($55 a month, or $300 for 6 months, or $550 for a year). Includes hosting, domain renewal, backups and small edits. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid period.

10. Liability

I do my work carefully, but I am not liable for lost profit or indirect damage. My total liability is limited to the price you paid for the service in question.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. We will always try to settle any disagreement by email first.
