1. Who is responsible

2. What I collect

• From the contact form: your name or business name, email, what you do, your choices and your message.
• From email conversations: what you write to me and the materials you send.
• For outreach to businesses: publicly listed business contact details (business name, business email, website, Google Maps listing).

3. Why

To reply to you, prepare a design and offer, deliver the website or Google profile work, invoice it, and contact businesses whose public listing suggests the service could help them. You can opt out of any further email at any time and I will stop immediately.

4. Who else processes it

Cloudflare (website hosting and storing form messages), Google (email). I don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

5. How long

Inquiry data for up to 12 months after our last contact, client and invoice data as long as the law requires. Opt-out requests are kept so I never contact you again.

6. Your rights

You can ask what data I have about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Just email info@formaweb.cz. If you’re in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
